Our Quality Policy

Aerospace standards are one of the most stringent. Despite movement towards common global standards like AS9100, many a time, aerospace leaders have their own in-house overriding standards and methodologies. Understanding the importance of this, we constantly strive towards meeting and exceeding the quality expectations of our customers. We have a simple set of quality objectives and all our certifications, policies, measurement metrics depend on it:

1. Zero escapes & escalations by the second year of a customer engagement. (Zero Repeat escape right from the go)
2. On time delivery >= 95%
3. Customer satisfaction >= 6 on a scale of 1-7.
4. Adapt & implement client’s quality, security, productivity, health & safety, employee competency and cultural alignment standards into the company’s best practices.

All our certifications like AS9100, the practice of ACE™ or DGCA certification, revolve around these four basic policies.

We also have a stringent training program to train, cross-train and re-train all our employees to meet our quality objectives.
